Context and team 🤝 

Phenix aspires to ascend as an impact unicorn, which puts its social and environmental commitment at the heart of its activities. The journey towards saving one billion meals remains ahead, marked by a trajectory characterized by profitability, sustainability and healthy growth.

As the CPTO, you will be responsible for overseeing our Tech team composed of 20 talented product managers and developers. You will be the driving force behind our product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of innovative, technology-driven solutions to reduce food waste. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will play a crucial role as a member of our executive committee.


    Key Responsibilities 📝

    • Product Strategy and Roadmap
      • Define a clear and ambitious product vision that aligns with Phenix’s goals.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
      • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and monitor their performance.
      • Watch over market trends and gather user insights to enhance our product offerings.
    • Technology and Innovation
      • Implement best practices in software development to maintain high standards.
      • Leverage our tool stack to boost internal operational efficiency.
      • Ensure our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure to support our growth.
      • Explore new tech trends to create opportunities for Phenix.
    • Leadership and Management
      • Manage staffing and coordination across squads to maximize their impact.
      • Foster a culture collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
      • Promote the achievements of the Phenix Tech team both internally and externally.

    Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

    •  10+ years of experience in Product Management roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
    • A technical background with experience in software development is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across various departments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in French and English.

    Recruitment Process 🚀 

    1. 30-minute Screening Call: Engage in a discussion about your career aspirations to ensure alignment with our offerings.
    2. 1 hour Interview with our founder (Jean MOREAU) and the HR Director (Pauline BARNOUIN).
    3. 1 hour Interview with our current CPTO (Theiss BOUDEC) and the Chief of Operations (Franck MARCHAND) + a Business Case Assessment: Evaluate your problem-solving skills and strategic thinking through a business case exercise.
    4. 30-minute Conversation with HR : Assess your motivation and values to ensure alignment with our company culture and values.
    5. Coffee Meeting with the Team: Provide an opportunity to immerse yourself in the company's environment and culture through informal interaction with the team members.
