To support our strong growth in Germany and the rest of Europe as well as our ambitious commercial objectives, we are recruiting a Pre-Sales Manager within the Professional Services department, made up of Fiona, Pre-Sales Lead and Adriel, Pre-Sales Manager.
The team's objective is to improve the quality of Padam Mobility's commercial offers in order to increase our commercial successes on all our markets, both French and international. The team's role is to:
analyse customer requirements in order to propose the most appropriate technical and functional solution,
manage and assist the sales teams in responding to tenders.
As Pre-Sales Manager, you will be involved in the sales prospecting and tenders response phases, as well as in the product development process. As part of this role, you will be working on a daily basis with the Sales, Customer Success and Product Tech teams.
Vos missions :
Supporting the Sales team in sales prospecting:
You carry out contextualised product demonstrations to show prospects the value of Padam Mobility products,
You take part in qualified meetings with our prospects or partners to analyse their needs and answer their technical questions.
Coordination of responses to calls for tenders:
You organise the qualification and Go/No Go decision process on opportunities and analyse functional requirements to define the solution that best meets their challenges,
You develop the response strategy with the Sales team: value proposition, ‘Unique Selling Points’,
You coordinate the entire response team (Sales, Product & Tech, Customer Service teams, etc.) to carry out the tender response process,
You contribute to the drafting of the technical offer,
You prepare the administrative files, ensure the documentary management of calls for tenders and have the final offer validated,
Finally, you take part in presentations to present the product.
Optimising the tender response process:
You standardise responses to invitations to tenders (construction of internal assets and tools to facilitate the drafting of responses),
You participate in the continuous improvement of the pre-sales and tender response processes.
Defining the product vision and roadmap:
You propose product developments and contribute to the product roadmap,
You contribute to technological and competitive intelligence and take part in discussions on product developments.
