We are seeking our future Scientific Advisor to help us conducting research on sustainable finance. This position requires a PhD in a field related to sustainable finance, the economy of tomorrow, or energy with a significant finance component. Ideally, prior experience, such as a company internship, is advantageous. A keen awareness of climate change challenges and the transition to a low-carbon economy is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting personal research in sustainable finance with the goal of publishing in scientific journals. (30% of your time).
- Working in collaboration with a scientific committee composed of academic researchers and experts in sustainable finance (think tanks, NGOs, private sector stakeholders, etc.) (30% of your time).
- Carrying out analyses, studies and research for 2DII (30% of your time).
- Representing 2DII at conferences, working groups and scientific and technical platforms.
