The Finance team at Evaneos 👥

Our finance team plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of Evaneos by maintaining financial stability, supporting strategic decisions, maximizing profitability while managing financial risks & providing operational support. As an FP&A manager, your role is to translate financial data into strategic insights to optimize business performance and support informed decision-making.

Your role as FP&A Manager📝

Reporting to Anaïs, our Head of Finance (12 years experience), you will be responsible for strengthening the Business Controlling function and overseeing the Budget/Forecast process. As a fast-growing & profitable scale-up, adaptability and creativity are essential to continuously evolve our role and optimize our impact.

This is a high-visibility position with transversal management and regular presentations in general meetings, leadership teams, and executive committees.

Your main missions will be:

📆 Budget & forecast process: from file modeling to meeting preparation and final presentations, you support & lead a team of around 20 stakeholders, ensuring these processes are streamlined and focused on driving decisions. These processes occur four times a year and typically span an average of two to four weeks.

📊 Monthly/quarterly P&L reporting: working closely with Guillaume, our Accounting Director, you prepare, review, and report the monthly and quarterly P&L internally and to our shareholders. You meet with each CODIR member to ensure their cost budgets are on track and present the company’s results to the broader organization.

👥 Staff costs controlling: monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing human resources-related costs and performance metrics to align HR strategies with the company's overall financial and strategic goals.

🔎 Analyses & performance recommendations (ROI-Driven): identify risks and opportunities related to marketing, sales, and financial operations, and provide recommendations. Curiosity and proactivity are essential to successfully drive this mission!

⚙️ Tools & process implementation: propose and implement new tools and processes to streamline our operations.

Profil recherché

Your profile  🗣️

You have at least 5/7 years of experience in finance, ideally in a high-growth start-up/scale-up environment, consulting or investment banking.

You have the ability to:

  • understand business challenges and align them with the company’s strategic goals,

  • manage cross-functional projects,

  • apply a strong data-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach,

  • work independently and manage priorities effectively,

  • communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships

  • speak & work fluently in both French and English (C1 level or higher)

  • master and optimize tools usage (Notion, Google Sheets, Lucca, Looker, …)
