Job description
We are looking for an ‘alternant’ to join our Ops/Partners team. As an Operations/Partnerships Analyst, you will actively contribute to the development of Delicorner’s offering in France and internationally.
You will be a key support to the Head of Partners in achieving the team’s objectives and optimizing operational processes, while also managing relationships with both local and international partners.
Your main responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the French region (excluding Paris): Ensure smooth operations, monitor partner performance, and guarantee the quality of services.
- Process management and optimization: Collaborate in setting up and improving processes to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Propose innovative solutions to improve our operations.
- EMEA operations oversight: Participate in coordinating operational activities in the EMEA region in collaboration with our partners, ensuring that we maintain our high-quality standards.
- Support for international development: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at expanding our business into other regions in EMEA, with a particular focus on logistics and relationships with local distributors and partners.
- Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze partner KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the customer success, sales, and buying teams to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
