As an Sales & Exhibitors Project Manager specializing in innovator and start-up relations, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting the best international innovations for today’s social and environmental challenges. Your role will involve scouting and engaging with groundbreaking solutions globally, persuading them to exhibit at the world’s largest event of solutions for the planet, the ChangeNOW Summit 2025. Once the exhibitors are confirmed, you will handle their onboarding and logistics, ensuring seamless support and coordination up to the event day, ensuring a participation as successful and impactful as possible.
Here is an overview of the actions to be undertaken:
Jobfair (which will take place on Saturday during the summit):
- Develop an offer, prospect and onboard +40 impact recruiters
World Expo (for three days during the summit):
- Outreach: Establish first contact (via different channels) with social innovators (startups/SMEs) targeted to exhibit at ChangeNOW & present them details of the opportunities.
- Selection of the projects: Participate in the evaluation of the solutions that applied via the Call for Solution and use a critical mind to judge the pertinence and the impact of the solution
- Commercial and administrative management: Convince french and international projects to come exhibit, manage the commercial relationship with solutions - Preparation of quotes and invoices, follow up on payments
- Relations management: Directly manage the relationship with +50 solutions - ensure they get all information they need and collect/organize content needed to prepare their participation. Develop new tools and ways to deliver the information and encourage them to have a physical demonstration of their solution
- Content support: Assist other teams internally to insert solutions into their program (Learning expeditions, youth program, Women for Change program, speaker etc…)
- Logistical support: Support logistical needs related to the ChangeNOW summit (site plan, material options, lunchboxes, plants, printed boards, specific needs etc)
- Database monitoring: Centralize and update our internal databases
- D-days: Manage our volunteers, assist exhibitors with logistic needs or other
Measure the impact:
- Participate in the impact evaluation with a questionnaire and the follow-up with the solutions
