We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic Software Team, contributing to the development of the software powering our breakthrough production technology. This software automates complex tasks and provides powerful analytics and visualization tools to support the critical processes in cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
As the Product Owner, you will take the lead in defining the software vision and roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and regulatory requirements. You will be an integral part of the team, using proven and cutting-edge technologies, including robust programming languages and Cloud-based tools, to drive product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and scientists to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Ensure the successful execution of product features, from conceptualization to release, while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with overall product and company objectives.
