MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

COORDINATION OPÉRATIONNELLE ET PILOTAGE D’ANTENNE

Pilotage de l’antenne Finistère
Gestion des projets pédagogiques
Suivi du budget
Gestion des partenariats publics et privés
Planification et pilotage du calendrier annuel d’activités
Gestion administrative de l’antenne (devis, factures, bilans, conventions)
Représentation lors des réunions régionales et nationales

ANIMATION ET PÉDAGOGIE

Animation en milieu scolaire : interventions en classe et animations en pleine nature
Sensibilisations et animations des outils pour le grand public, entreprises et collectivités locales
Adaptation de certaines activités pédagogiques aux enjeux du territoire

DÉVELOPPEMENT

Veille et réponse aux appels à projets et subventions
Recherche de nouveaux partenaires publics, privés ou associatifs

MISSIONS SECONDAIRES

Participation à des salons, événements et conférences sur l’environnement
Participation à la vie associative nationale (séminaires, AG…)
Renfort ponctuel des animations en Morbihan et Vendée

Profile

Bac +3 minimum

2 ans d’expérience (stages inclus)

Permis B indispensable et véhicule personnel est un plus

Autonomie, sens de l’initiative, capacité d’organisation

Compétences en animation et gestion de projet

Aisance rédactionnelle et à l’oral

Capacité à suivre un budget

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Canva est un plus)

Sensibilité pédagogique et goût pour la transmission

Adhésion aux valeurs de l’association

Intérêt pour les enjeux liés à l’eau et à l’environnement.

Connaissance du milieu marin serait un plus
