Our mission at Versant is to build the go-to platform for ecological intelligence in infrastructure projects development, enabling projects and nature to co-exist in harmony.
🤔 who are we?
The co-founders Luc and Martin met during an entrepreneurship program called Antler in Paris. Their complimentary backgrounds and impact-driven entrepreneurial spirit were a perfect match to work together. We have been quickly joined by Greta, our Lead Ecologist, who heads science initiatives. Meet the founding team here!
🗺️ where are we & where are we going?
Over the past year, we grew from 2 to 14 clients. During this rapid expansion, we learned a lot, iterated on our product, and consistently strengthened the quality of our services ⭐
To accelerate, we’ve raised our first round of funding. Our next goal is to strengthen our ops and sales capacity to establish ourselves as a key player in our initial market segment.

We’re hiring a right arm operations intern to work alongside the CEO to help us manage our operations pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who wants to have a visible impact, learn fast, and build the foundations of a startup solving real-world ecological problems.

📅 The position is open with a flexible starting date, ideally for a six-month internship.
As an right arm operations intern at Versant, you will be directly supporting the team through:
- Managing Customer Project Requirements
- Help in the collection of customer requirements for compensation project configuration, ensuring their concrete, real-world requirements match our technical configurations.
- Managing Customer Success
- Follow the customer delivery generation process, assist in ensuring quality and results delivery.
- Creating Streamlined Workflows
- Analyse how thing are done now in the ops process and propose enhancements to better ensure customer success, free up team bandwidth, and ensure team alignment.
