En tant qu’Assistant.e Administratif.ve, vous serez le support direct de la fondatrice et de l’équipe.

Les missions incluront :

Saisie administrative :

Intégration et mise à jour des informations dans notre CRM (HubSpot).

Gestion des emails & support administratif :

Aider à la gestion et suivi des emails.
Rédiger et mettre en forme des courriers et présentations sur Canva.

Assistanat et organisation :

Répondre au téléphone et assurer un premier niveau d’échange avec nos interlocuteurs.
Gérer l’agenda et organiser des rendez-vous.
Assurer un support administratif ponctuel à l’équipe.

Profil :

L’engagement dans la lutte pour l’égalité Femme-Homme fait partie de vos priorités.
Vous êtes organisé.e et dynamique.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils Word et Excel
Vous savez utiliser Hubspot.
Votre orthographe est irréprochable.
Vous avez envie d’apprendre, vous êtes proactifs, motivé.e, autonomes et vous vous adaptez facilement au monde dynamique des start-ups
