Votre mission :

Préparation et envoi des plats selon les standards de la maison
Participation active à l’élaboration de la carte (saisonnalité, créativité, authenticité)
Respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
Travail en étroite collaboration avec le chef et le reste de l’équipe

Excellente connaissance de la cuisine italienne traditionnelle (pâtes fraîches, risotti, sauces maison, etc.)

Curiosité culinaire et envie de s’impliquer dans une cuisine en constante évolution

Rigueur, propreté, ponctualité

Esprit d’équipe, fiabilité et bonne humeur

Une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire est un plus
