We're a small team, and everyone wears multiple hats:

Prototype ideas to be tested quickly on our users,
Implement flows and features to have the best users retention possible,
For each feature you'll work on, you will code, ship, monitor, and analyze usage. Then iterate to improve performances and adoption,
Build processes around mobile development: testing, release, monitoring, on-call,
Optimize the app for performance and scalability,
Help us grow the engineering team while keeping a strong product culture.
Example of features for our 2023 roadmap:
Add unique actions with great user experience to our Actions Library,
AI-generated content according to each user's value system,
Open regroop's mobile app to anyone willing to implement actions with an SDK,
Implement and iterate on our monetization strategy,
Build and release an Android app on Google Play.

Already worked in TypeScript,
English communications are not a problem for you,
You consider yourself a generalist, and love to pick up new challenges,
A few years of professional experience as a software engineer,
You are based in Europe or in the Eastern Time Zone to ensure seamless collaboration and communication within our team,
Bonus:
you don't mind playing around with Node,
you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
