➔ Description of the mission

As a strategic partner to the General Director, the Chief of Staff ensures that PSE’s vision is translated into action. You will connect strategy and execution, foster collaboration across teams, and make sure our leadership focuses on what matters most — delivering impact for the children and families we serve.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building alignment, and driving change in a mission-driven organization.

Missions :

As a strategic partner to the General Director, the Chief of Staff ensures that PSE’s vision is translated into action. You will connect strategy and execution, foster collaboration across teams, and make sure our leadership focuses on what matters most — delivering impact for the children and families we serve.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building alignment, and driving change in a mission-driven organization.

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Support the General Director and leadership team in defining and executing PSE’s strategic roadmap.
  • Ensure that strategy is translated into actionable plans with clear priorities and milestones
  • Track progress, analyze data, and prepare insights for leadership decisions
  • Support key partnerships.

Leadership Support & Coordination

  • Act as the General Director’s trusted advisor and right hand.
  • Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure effective communication across departments in Cambodia and with the board of directors in France
  • Coordinate the leadership team’s work and help strengthen collaboration and culture.

Project & Process Management

  • Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness; coordinate and facilitate external experts’ missions coming to support our change management initiatives.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Streamline internal processes to improve coordination and accountability

➔ Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in strategy, operations, or leadership support roles.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Discreet, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to empower and develop team members’ skills and capacities
  • Emotionally intelligent and aligned with PSE’s values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
