Vos missions :

Comprendre les besoins du client et son cahier des charges
Faire une offre adaptée au client
Réaliser toutes les démarches nécessaires jusqu’à la la passation de commande
Effectuer les relances clients

Votre profil :

Autonomie
Organisation personnelle
Rigueur
Maîtrise de Pack Office (notamment Excel)
Niveau de français courant exigé
Niveau d’anglais B1 (parlé et écrit) pour communiquer avec nos clients
Aimer communiquer au téléphone plus que par email
Aimer résoudre le problème du client
Intérêt pour les produits techniques, en mécanique et électronique
Une voiture de société est mise à disposition si déplacement
Connaitre les bases du commerce international
Expérience de plusieurs années dans un service commercial
Comprendre l’importance de la relance client et le faire systématiquement
