➔ Description of the mission

Your Role:

· Assist the investment team (10 people) in managing deal flow and identifying new investment opportunities, with a focus on Belgium and The Netherlands;

· Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities (including on social and environmental impact of the projects), and help with drafting investment notes;

· Perform sector and market research with an emphasis on Belgium and The Netherlands.

· Assist in the preparation of investment committee meetings;

· Monitor social ventures included in our portfolios and support reporting activities, including impact & financial performance.

➔ Profile

Who we are Seeking:

· Completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (final year of studies acceptable) with a specialisation in finance/strategy/social entrepreneurship/sustainable development or a similar subjects;

· Relevant prior experience, ideally in finance, strategy, or investments, is expected.

· A strong interest in social entrepreneurship and impact finance and knowledge of the social economy network;

· Proficient in the full Microsoft tools suite, particularly Excel and applicable modelling skills.

· A dynamic and motivated personality, able to adapt quickly and to be autonomous within a small team;

· Working proficiency in Dutch & French is mandatory, good additional command of English is necessary;

· Self-starter, good time management, creative, and professional communication skills;

· Legal right to work in the EU.
