Description of the mission

En tant qu’adjoint·e au responsable de production, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l organisation et la qualité de notre service alimentaire :

Assister le responsable de production dans la gestion quotidienne (commandes, menus,
production).
Encadrer techniquement les équipes dans le cadre du chantier d insertion
Participer au pilotage du Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire
Contribuer à l établissement des devis et à l organisation des équipes.
Garantir le respect des normes d hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

Profile

Expérience en restaura tion collective ou en production alimentaire.
Compétences en organisation, gestion d équipe et suivi technique.
Sensibilité aux valeurs de l insertion sociale et de la transition écologique.
Connaissance des normes HACCP et des outils de gestion.
