The country coordo ensures the smooth and harmonious development of the LP4Y structure in the country by supporting coaches, project leaders and ecosystem developers. The main topics of his mission are:

Strategy by participating in the elaboration of the global strategy and its implementation in their country.
Human resources by ensuring the well-being and the management of the team in the country
Supporting the coaches; the country coordo is the guardian of the relationship with the Youth.
Organization - Finance ; by ensuring good administrative, legal, financial and safety management. In contact with accounting firms and lawyers under contract with LP4Y.
Partnership and fundraising- according to the countries strategy
