➔ Profile

· Intérêt pour le secteur associatif, l’économie sociale et solidaire, porté par des valeurs d’intérêt général.
· Capacité relationnelle et d’adaptation : construire des liens avec tout type de personnes (familles, enfants, adultes bénévoles, conseil d’administration…)
· Polyvalence (accueil, organisation logistique, coordination aide au service lors des temps de restauration)
· Avoir du sens pratique : autonomie dans la résolution des petits soucis, sans systématiquement faire appel à quelqu’un d’extérieur.

Grande autonomie / créativité et réactivité / dynamisme / polyvalence / bon sens
Organisation dans la gestion (gestion du temps, gestion opérationnelle, plannings)
Disponibilité / bonne humeur / enthousiasme / sens de l’accueil / esprit d’initiative
