**Missions :**Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Responsable du secteur

Vous êtes chargé(e) :

Mettre en place des activités éducatives et sociales adaptées
Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans leur quotidien
Assurer un suivi individuel et collectif des personnes accueillies
Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du projet personnalisé
Assurer une médiation dans les relations familiales, sociales, et professionnelles
D’assurer le suivi du budget du foyer en lien avec le responsable de foyer
De participer aux transmissions médicales en lien avec l’infirmière et le responsable de foyer

Profil recherché

Formation éducative et/ou expérience en foyer appréciée
Bon équilibre personnel
Capacités relationnelles et d’organisation
Sens du travail en équipe
Adhésion à la dynamique communautaire
Permis B obligatoire

Conditions :

Il s’agit d’un poste en interne : vous résidez sur le site de la maisonnée, ce qui vous permet d’être pleinement intégré(e) à la vie quotidienne des personnes accompagnées.
Vous travaillez selon un forfait jours.
