Description of the mission

Nous sommes un domaine viticole et ferme paysanne à Saint-Magne-de-Castillon, proche de Saint-Émilion. Nous recherchons un(e) partenaire motivé(e) pour développer la visibilité et les ventes de notre projet, qui allie vin, agriculture durable et vie culturelle.

Ce que nous faisons :

Production de vin et de légumes, vente directe à la ferme
Organisation d’événements : guinguettes, concerts, résidences de musiciens
Accueil touristique avec un gîte et des chambres d’hôtes

Votre rôle :

Gestion et animation des réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Création de contenus photos/vidéos et storytelling
Promotion des événements et valorisation globale du lieu
Développement commercial : ventes de vin, réservation gîte/chambres, prospection cavistes, restaurants , partenaires et particuliers
Travail hybride : mix télétravail / présence ponctuelle sur site

Notre objectif : Créer un lieu vivant, authentique et hybride, mêlant vin, ferme paysanne, culture et accueil touristique.

Profil recherché :

salarié via **coopérative d’activité et d’emploi (CAE),**Freelance, agent commercial
Sensible au vin, à l’agriculture paysanne, au tourisme durable et à la culture
Créatif(ve), autonome et capable de gérer un projet global

Rémunération :

Commission sur ventes et événements dès le départ
Possibilité de mix forfait + commission une fois les premières ventes générées
Évolutive selon résultats
