La Belle Empreinte

La Belle Empreinte est la plateforme SaaS qui optimise l’impact environnemental & social des objets (textile, jouets, meuble). Elle appartient à la nouvelle génération des SaaS RSE : sectorielle, tout-en-un et innovante.

Sa plateforme aide à mesurer, améliorer et communiquer l’empreinte des objets et englobe les nombreux enjeux complexes de la RSE : ACV environnementale et sociale, bilan carbone, traçabilité, éco-conception, affichage environnemental …

Depuis sa création, La Belle Empreinte a accompagné 170 marques & fabricants (Faguo, Okaïdi, Printemps, Balibaris, Djeco…) pour façonner des objets qui laissent une joyeuse empreinte sur la terre, les emplois et les clients.

Chief Technical Officer

Partie 1 – Lead technique

Porter la vision technique de la plateforme et définir l’architecture long terme intégrant l’IA
Encadrer, accompagner et structurer l’équipe de développements.
Poser les bonnes pratiques, définir les standards techniques et instaurer une culture tech exigeante et pragmatique.
Collaborer étroitement avec la fondatrice, le CPO et les consultants pour transformer les besoins métiers en solutions techniques pragmatiques et scalables.

Partie 2 – Développement

Développer et faire évoluer la plateforme SaaS (Python/Django/PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript) vers un modèle avec des modules d’IA (chatbot, rapports d’analyse automatisé etc.)
Instaurer et assurer des pratiques liées à la performance, la qualité et la sécurité (tests, CI/CD, monitoring, etc.).
Optimiser et enrichir notre algorithme de calcul d’empreinte écologique et sociale.

Ce que nous recherchons

Une expérience avérée de CTO ou Tech Lead en startup/scale-up, avec un track record solide dans la structuration d’équipes et de plateformes.
Une bonne connaissance en Intelligence Artificielle, Python/Django (REST, PostgreSQL), de React/TypeScript ou équivalent.
Des compétences en cloud (AWS), CI/CD, Docker.
L’envie de rester hands-on tout en portant une vision technique long terme.
De la rigueur, du pragmatisme, un esprit collaboratif et un vrai sens de l’impact positif.

Bureaux au cœur du quartier latin, jusqu’à 4 jours de télétravail par semaine.
