🎯 Ta mission

Validation & conception : Formalisation et conception du cahier des charges, veille réglementaire, validation des plans exécutoires
Suivi construction : Superviser chantier (qualité/délais/budget) sur site Saclay
Innovation continue : Optimiser coûts + impact environnemental, développer nouvelles technologies

💪 Ton profil

Formation : Bac+5 ingénierie bâtiment/construction (ENSTIB, ESTP, École des Ponts...) - Junior 0-5 ans
Technique : Bases solides RE2020/BEPOS, construction modulaire/bois, BIM/Revit - Spécialisations développées en cours de projet
Mindset : Engagement ESS authentique, rigueur technique, pragmatisme opérationnel, collaboration transparente
Plus : Expérience construction bois/écoconstruction, projets étudiants innovants, stage bureau d'études construction

📍 Conditions Cofondateur avec parts au capital • Rémunération différée 1-2 ans • Paris-Saclay + remote conception • Temps partiel possible au début

➔ Profile

Formation & Expérience Bac+5 ingénierie bâtiment/construction (ENSTIB, ESTP, École des Ponts ou équivalent). Junior privilégié (0-5 ans) avec motivation technique forte.

Compétences techniques Bases solides dans plusieurs domaines, spécialisation complète non requise :

Réglementation (RE2020, permis construire, normes sécurité bâtiment)
BEPOS/thermique (calculs énergétiques, optimisation performance)
Construction modulaire/bois (containers, préfabriqué, assemblage)
Systèmes techniques (CVC, VMC, isolation, étanchéité)
Logiciels : BIM/Revit + AutoCAD maîtrise opérationnelle
Pragmatisme (faisabilité technique vs théorique)

Les spécialisations manquantes seront développées en cours de projet selon les besoins.
