➔ Description of the mission

Vos missions sont :

Développement commercial :

Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille dont celui des comptes clés B2B (magasins bio, réseaux spé),
Superviser l'équipe commerciale composée d'un commercial et d'un assistant commercial,
Représenter l'entreprise sur des salons et évènements professionnels,

Pilotage et structuration :

Suivre le chiffre d'affaire, les marges, et les indicateurs commerciaux,
Participation à la stratégie commerciale (objectifs, priorités, canaux)
Construire et mettre à jour les outils commerciaux,
Participer à la politique tarifaire et aux négociations,

Travail marketing et transversal

Faire remonter les besoins du marché (produits, innovations, attentes clients),
Coordonner les actions marketing et communication avec le service,
Travailler en lien étroit avec l'ensemble des services sous la tutelle de la direction, -Contribuer à la structuration globale de l'entreprise dans une logique PME
