Fairglow est une startup franco-américaine qui développe des outils d’analyse de l’impact environnemental pour les produits cosmétiques, en combinant bases scientifiques, IA et visualisation de données.

Notre mission ? Aider les marques, fabricants et fournisseurs d’ingrédients à accélérer leur transition vers une beauté plus durable.

🌍 Notre ambition : devenir la référence mondiale des services environnementaux pour l’industrie cosmétique (et plus généralement l’industrie chimique).

🔧 Ce que tu feras chez nous :

Participer au développement de modules d’automatisation et d’analyse IA, notamment sur des données textuelles ;
Créer des dashboards interactifs pour visualiser les impacts environnementaux ;
Structurer et enrichir nos bases de données d’ingrédients cosmétiques ;
Analyser et interpréter les données pour mettre en évidence des tendances et identifier des leviers de réduction de l’impact environnemental.
Contribuer à la modélisation environnementale via des outils d’analyse de cycle de vie (ACV).

📅 À pourvoir dès septembre 2025

💰 Stage rémunéré : 1200 € brut/mois + ticket restaurants + remboursement transport 50% + des afterworks + un mac tout neuf

📍 Basé à Paris

➔ Profile

À l’aise avec Python, SQL, et des outils de data visualisation ;
Curieux·se, rigoureux·se et autonome ;
Sensible aux enjeux environnementaux et à l’impact positif ;
À l’aise en anglais professionnel (équipe internationale) ;
Bonus : passion pour la data, goût pour la transition écologique et envie de bosser dans une équipe engagée (et sympa) !
