Eurasia Net - Marseille

📍 Lieu : 67 La Canebière, 13001 Marseille (télétravail possible après 2 mois)

📅 Début : Juin 2025

⏳ Contrat : CDD 12 mois (objectif CDI) – 26 à 30h/semaine

💰 Salaire : 1900€ à 2100€ brut/mois (base 35h), selon expérience – Convention ECLAT

🎓 Profil : Bac+2 minimum en gestion, comptabilité ou administratif – 1 an d'expérience ou stages significatifs

Missions principales

1. Gestion administrative

Suivi de trésorerie, projets, congés et adhésions
Gestion des stocks, achats, documents et archives
Déclarations administratives (CEA, URSSAF, Sylae...)
Appui à la préparation des subventions et bilans

2. Comptabilité et finances

Suivi des paiements, factures et virements
Gestion de la caisse et des notes de frais
Paiement des salaires et indemnités des volontaires

3. Ressources humaines

Contrats, déclarations mutuelle, paie
Suivi RH (formation, médecine du travail, tickets resto)

CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES

Compétences requises

Capacité à rédiger des écrits administratifs
Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (texte, tableur et Internet)
Excel / formules de calculs
Communication écrite (bonne orthographe)
Compétences organisationnelles
Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement jeunesse
Discrétion professionnelle
Anglais écrit (niveau B1 minimum)

Connaissance souhaitées

Principes de Comptabilité générale
Domaine associatif
Dispositif Service Civique, du volontariat européen ou international
Connaissances en Ressources Humaines
Fonctionnement des subventions publiques (types collectivités territoriales ou État)
Compréhension du mécénat
Montage budgétaire ( budget prévisionnels)
extraction de Comptabilité analytique à partir des saisies comptables

Autonomie : sens de l’anticipation et de l’initiative, capacité à la recherche d’information ( interne et externe) pour trouver des solutions aux demandes
Réactivité et capacités à intégrer de nouvelles informations
