Audit de fiabilisation & Pilotage du changement de logiciel paie

Vos missions : Audit, pilotage & migration

Votre intervention ne se limite pas à la supervision : vous êtes un acteur opérationnel et force de proposition sur l'ensemble du cycle.

1. Pilotage du projet de changement de Logiciel Paie.

Conception & Cadrage : Analyser les besoins pour le nouvel outil et définir les nouveaux processus cibles (workflow, saisie, contrôle).
Déploiement Opérationnel : Vous participez activement au paramétrage, à la reprise des données et aux tests de double paie. Votre participation est requise sur le terrain, pas uniquement en supervision.
Interface Finance : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service Comptabilité pour garantir l’intégration parfaite des écritures de paie (logiciel commun).

2. Audit de conformité et redressement

Réaliser un diagnostic complet de la paie actuelle (bulletins, paramétrage Sage, DSN, IJSS, dossiers de prévoyance).
Identifier les anomalies de paramétrage et les erreurs de calcul pour proposer un plan d’action correctif immédiat.

Nous ne cherchons pas un simple exécutant, mais un consultant capable de transformer le service. Vous apportez un regard critique, des méthodes de travail et garantissez la sérénité du passage à un nouvel outil.

Profil : Consultant(e) en Transition / Expert(e) Multi-outils

Expertise Métier : Vous maîtrisez la paie de A à Z et possédez une expérience significative en Management de Transition ou en Cabinet de Conseil RH.
Spécialiste SI : Vous avez déjà piloté ou activement participé à au moins deux migrations de logiciels de paie (la connaissance de Sage est un plus).

· Aptitudes : Autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’analyse.

Modalités pratiques

Type de contrat : Prestation de services / Freelance.
Lieu : Mission exclusivement sur site (présentiel obligatoire). EVRY
Durée : Plusieurs mois selon le calendrier de migration.
Rythme : 2 jours par semaine, avec une flexibilité possible selon l'ampleur du projet et les échéances déclaratives.
Disponibilité : Immédiate.
