Description of the mission

Pour une entreprise à taille humaine de vente par correspondance de semences de légumes, en agriculture biologique, vous collaborerez sur l'activité administrative et commerciale de l'entreprise.

Tâches relatives au poste :

Saisie comptable sur logiciel "ISAGRI"
Assistance dans la gestion des stocks et de la qualité des produits (inventaire, tests de germination, réassort rayon)
Archivage et classement de dossiers
Suivi des colis client et gestion des litiges
Saisie de commande, facture et devis client.
Assistance de la gestion des réseaux sociaux
Assistance à la maintenance et la mise à jour du site marchand
Vente par correspondance

Assistance sur les tâches suivantes :

Préparation de commande et ensachage de semence
Emballage et expédition de colis

Poste à pourvoir dés que possible

Classer des documents
Réaliser des opérations comptables

Expérience: Débutant accepté - en gestion administrative
