The growth team is currently under construction with the objective of becoming the essential acquisition channel for the company. Everything is to be done, with the possibility to work on various channels, audiences and products.

Your mission is to contribute to Doctrio’s scale. Hence you will be responsible for driving new leads and feed the sales team, as well as re-engage our existing customers into repeating purchase.

  • Contribute to defining and implementing our acquisition strategy
  • Own, operate and optimise all marketing channels (SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, etc.)
  • Own, operate and optimise all PRM & CRM campaigns through our email marketing platform
  • Develop dashboards for analysis, performance monitoring and decision making
Profile
  • You have several years of previous experience in growth marketing in the context of fast growing companies.
  • You have a strong curiosity and a strong tech sensitivity (CRM, Tracking, SEO, SEA etc.)
  • You follow Growth Marketing developments closely and leave and breath A/B testing, trying out new channels and formats.
  • You are familiar with scraping and automation tools (Phantom Buster, Captaindata, Dropcontact, etc.)
  • You know how to use the basic tool box Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
  • You are data-oriented and have the ability to make decisions in an uncertain environment
  • You are autonomous & solution oriented
  • You are fluent in both French and English
