Vous êtes accompagné·e à chaque étape, y compris dans la recherche et l’étude, de votre local,tout en gardant une pleine autonomie dans la gestion de VOTRE magasin au sein d’un réseau coopératif !

Il n’y a pas de profil “type”!

🌿En rejoignant notre réseau :

Devenez sociétaire de Biocoop et prenez part à la vie de la coopérative, à ses décisions et orientations
Lancez VOTRE magasin, développez et pérennisez votre activité en vous appuyant sur l’accompagnement de Biocoop
Gérez en totale autonomie l’ensemble des activités de votre point de vente : management, recrutement, gestion, sélection des produits, etc.

🌿Compétences requises :

✔ Vous partagez notre engagement militant et notre projet sociétal

✔ Vous êtes dynamique et vous avez le sens du service et du commerce

✔ Vous avez envie d’entreprendre, de gérer un magasin et manager une équipe engagée

🌿Ce qu’on vous propose :

Un parcours de formation (modules théoriques et stages d’immersion en magasins) sur tous les sujets nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de votre projet et à la gestion du magasin
Un accompagnement sur mesure de nos services techniques : business plan, positionnement commercial, logistique, qualité/hygiène, législation du travail, référencement de producteurs locaux, etc.
A maturité, un magasin Biocoop atteint en moyenne un chiffre d’affaires de 2,3 M€ HT et 10 ETP

Un investissement budgétaire est à prévoir.
