About Commune:
Commune is the first coliving company in the world dedicated to single-parent families.
We’re a fast growing start-up based in Paris with international ambitions to change the way we live. We make the lives of single-parent families easier by creating a community in which all parents and children are able to thrive.
We believe it takes a village to raise children, and so we decided to develop all-inclusive and pragmatic housing solutions, where single-parent families have access to individual furnished units and inspiring common areas (notably a fully-equipped kitchen and a creative playroom); as well as an extensive range of mutualised services (including but not limited to childcare, sport classes, and legal assistance). By doing so, we prevent the vicious circle of social, professional and financial hardship traditionally experienced by solo parents after a family breakup.

Your mission:
You will be an all-round active member of the Commune team, working directly with the cofounders on different topics and projects simultaneously including:
- Financial modeling of rental and acquisition deals
- Market research
- Participation in the revenue and expense planning at the company and property level
- Communication with third parties (service providers, clients, etc.)
- Production of written materials and oral presentations (reports, memos, pitches, etc.)
