Description of the mission

Le titulaire du CAP « Pâtissier » fabrique, à partir de matières premières, les produits de pâtisserie destinés à la commercialisation. Il exerce son activité dans le respect :

des procédés de transformation (de l'élaboration à la finition),
des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité conformément à la législation en vigueur,
des préconisations liées au développement durable, notamment la lutte contre le gaspillage. Il contribue à la mise en valeur des produits finis auprès du personnel de vente, participant ainsi à la commercialisation. Il peut être amené à être en contact avec la clientèle.

Les cours se dérouleront à Tourcoing.
