➔ Description of the mission

As an Assistant Partnership & Account Manager you will support the Key Account Manager team to ensure the success of the 50+ partners’ participation

Assist the partners in preparing and organizing their presence at the summit (speaking slots, communication, logistic,…)
Manage operational relationships with our partners.
Oversee all ChangeNOW media where partners are present (website, digital platform)
Work collaboratively with the ChangeNOW teams (Solutions, Speakers, Communication…) to ensure objectives are being met in line with the partners’ and ChangeNOW’s expectations before, during and after the summit;
Management of the KAM volunteer team.
Monitoring and post event report

➔ Profile

Project or account management experience
Event organization or event project management experience appreciated;
A previous experience working with large companies is a plus. Regular interactions with the corporate world is mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior professionals;
Rigorous and attention to details;
Strong interest and familiarity with environmental and social change. Drive and motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
Native French, fluent in English
Autonomous, persuasive & integrative thinking;
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
