Partnerships Coordination

Assist in managing a portfolio of ecosystem partners (NGOs, foundations, accelerators, citizen movements)
Help identify and reach out to new impact-driven organizations across Europe
Contribute to the development of opportunities with strategic partners
Ensure the visibility of ecosystem partners across ChangeNOW’s communication supports (website, digital platform, etc.)
Liaise with the communications team to deliver partner-related content

Event Coordination

Help organize events hosted by partners during the Summit or throughout the year (cocktails, meetups, workshops…)
Support the planning and logistics of specific event formats at the Summit (partner booths, thematic meetups, etc.)
Assist with on-site operations before, during, and after the events

Mindset & Motivation

Deeply motivated to contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven projects
Strong desire to learn and grow in the fields of partnerships and event coordination
Ready to take initiative, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Eager to be part of a team shaping large-scale positive change

Skills & Qualities

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Working level of French is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
Organized, curious, and proactive
Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including international profiles

Interests

Genuine passion for environmental and social innovation
Willingness to fully dive into the ChangeNOW adventure and help amplify impact across the globe
