Description of the mission

Afin de renforcer son équipe, BASILIADE Paris recrute :Un(e) Assistant(e) de Direction (H/F)

Rattaché(e) au Délégué Général de l’association BASILIADE et placé(e) sous son autorité, vous assurez un appui administratif, organisationnel et logistique.

Missions :

Conception des documents administratifs et des outils de travail courant (en lien avec AGS, structure assurant la gestion comptable/financière et des ressources humaines de BASILIADE),
Aide à la gestion des planning (logiciel Octime),
Rédaction des ordres du jour et comptes rendus des réunions,
Suivi des chiffres et des indicateurs des Maisons en lien avec les responsables des Maisons,
Accompagnement dans l’organisation d’événements associatifs
Prise des rendez-vous et gestion de l’agenda du Délégué Général,
Secrétariat : rédaction et envoi de courriers ou emails, gestion du courrier entrant et sortant, classement et archivage, commandes de fournitures…

Profile

Profil :

Diplômes de niveau BAC + 2 avec expérience souhaitée
Maitrise des logiciels Excel et Word (Création/gestion de tableaux, rédaction de courriers, …),
Capacité rédactionnelle et orthographe maitrisée
Discrétion et confidentialité,
Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et dynamisme.

Conditions :

CDI – Temps plein
Poste basé à Paris 11e
Rémunération : 25 000 € à 28 000 € brut annuel selon expérience et profil
Mutuelle + Tickets restaurants
Date d’entrée en fonction : dès que possible.
