Within the Industry Adaptation Domain, the role is to actively contribute to delivery of "Climate Adaptation Advisory" that comprises Physical Climate Risks, Transitions Risks, and other ESG missions (due diligence, biodiversity, carbnon footprint, governance)

The missions are:



  1. Deliver Consulting missions
  2. Improve the productivity of SB IA Consulting (knowledge management, efficiency)
  3. High customer satisfaction rating in terms of deliverables


Profile

The required skills are

  • Knowledge of ESG-related topics / TCFD or climate-related regulatory framework (DPEF, CDP, CSRD)

  • Knowledge/Experience in missions related to double materiality

  • Knowledge of climate risks, climate change / capacity to co-build with data analysts

  • Capacity to learn fast new topics, to deep dive various expertise topics (ESG, etc.)

  • Understand expectations from industrial corporate companies

  • Autonomous and high requirements of delivery on himself/herself (excellence standards)

  • Excellent oral / presentation skills (English)

  • Education: Master degree (Business or Engineering) or MBA

  • Experience: Must have at least 4 years of experience, up to 9 years, in ESG consulting

  • Fluent in French and English
