- L’assurance et le financement - pour sécuriser celles et ceux qui s’adaptent, et impactent.
To lead Legal Insurance and Contracts Teams within Domain Risks and support the Domain Risks to secure the growth of Legal Insurance and Contracts Teams activities :
Governance: insure the compliance of AXA Climate with AXA Group standards applicable to activities managed by Insurance and Contracts teams and implement the appropriate process and policies among the different business teams
International expansion: lead the governance related to the international expansion related to Insurance business and be a business partner of the Insurance Ecosystem Leader to create AXA Climate US entity
Legal Insurance: Support the Underwriting team to insure the compliance of the products designed by AXA Climate with the delegation of authority granted by the risks carriers
Knowledge management: lead Insurance and Contracts Domain Risks Teams to help them to grow
Strengthen relationships with AXA Climate risks carriers to address their requests regarding Insurance and any other topics related to potential audit performed by the risks carriers
Lead the build of the risk management framework for Ecosystems Training and Consulting
Escalate all significant risks on Insurance and Contracts matters to Domain Risks Leader and implement relevant remediation plan.
