Description of the mission

L'Association Prim'Enfance recrute :

un cuisinier / une cuisinière à temps partiel en CDI

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible. Rythme de travail : entre 3h et 4h effectuées en matinée, du lundi au vendredi pour un total de 17 heures hebdomadaires.

Missions principales, dans un cadre de cuisine végétarienne, infantile, bio, locale et de saison :

élaboration et planification des menus
préparation des repas
application des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
entretien de la cuisine et du matériel

Profil recherché :

connaissances et intérêt pour la nutrition infantile et végétale indispensable
expérience en cuisine collective
rigueur, sens de l'organisation et autonomie

Concevoir des recettes et menus
Connaissances en cuisine végétale
Connaissances en cuisine infantile

Expérience: 6 Mois

Qualites Professionnelles:

Capacité à planifier, prioriser, anticiper des actions, en tenant compte des moyens, des ressources, des objectifs et du calendrier pour les réaliser.
Capacité à prendre en charge son activité sans devoir être encadré de façon continue (le cas échéant, à solliciter les autres acteurs de l'entreprise).
