AGENT DE TRI POLYVALENT EN RESSOURCERIE

Description du poste

MANUTENTION :

Préparer la collecte (itinéraire, matériel, véhicule)
Déménager des objets / meubles, en équipe
Opérations de manutention (emballage/déballage, montage/démontage, protection, chargement/déchargement des objets à collecter)
L'activité implique du port de charge

VALORISATION :

Sous la responsabilité de l'encadrant technique, vous avez la charge de la réception des dons en vue de leur valorisation par le biais de leur vente dans la boutique ou de l'expédition.
Nettoyage des objets, étiquetage et mise en vente.

VENTE :

Tri, étiquetage et valorisation des matériaux
Accueil et renseignement aux clients

Il sera demander de s'engager à construire un projet professionnel pendant ce contrat. Profils motivés et rigoureux

Contrat initial de 4 mois. Amplitude hebdomadaire de 24heures. Travail 3 jours par semaine : 8h30 - 12h30 et 13h30 - 17h30.

Poste à pourvoir à partir de mai.

Compétences:

Trier les produits, pièces, matériaux et les orienter vers les filières de valorisation ou d'élimination

Expérience: Débutant accepté

Capacité à travailler et à se coordonner avec les autres au sein de l'entreprise pour réaliser les objectifs fixés.
Capacité à maintenir son effort jusqu'à l'achèvement complet d'une tâche quels que soient les imprévus, les obstacles de réalisation rencontrés.
Capacité à s'adapter à des situations variées, à réagir à l'imprévu, gérer l'incertitude pour s'ajuster à des organisations, des collectifs de travail, des habitudes, des valeurs propres à l'entreprise.
