Le poste

Vous viendrez en complément des trois autres salarié·es de l’association pour animer et développer les différents axes du projet associatif.

Le poste est ouvert aux candidat⋅es disposant d'une expérience d'accompagnement de projets.

Vos missions principales seront :

Accompagnement de projets

Action collective d’accompagnement au passage de l’idée au projet dans le cadre de parcours « idéation »
Accompagnement à la création d’initiatives d’économie solidaire
Appui à la consolidation de structures de l’économie solidaire

Appui à la vie de l’association

Appui à l’animation de la vie associative (animation du CA, réunions d’équipe)

En fonction de vos compétences, d’autres missions pourront vous être confiées telles que l’appui à l’animation du réseau, la formation, le développement d’innovations sociales.

Nous proposons un CDI à 28h / semaine.

Compétences recherchées :

Bonne connaissance de l’économie solidaire et adhésion à ses valeurs
Expérience dans l’accompagnement de projets
Connaissance du territoire et de ses acteurs (institutions, associations, écosystème ESS…)
Expérience salariée ou bénévole dans le secteur associatif et l’éducation populaire
Maîtrise des techniques d’animation collective et participative
Sens de l’humour, créativité, capacité d’innovation
Autonomie et polyvalence
Permis indispensable
