Conduct market research and identify new advertising channels for more direct audience engagement
Consult with potential clients via phone to develop targeted success strategies
Support and inspire the team by sharing best practices and success insights

What You Bring:

At least 5 years of experience in business development or leadership
A growth- and success-oriented mindset, eager to learn and evolve
