Tracklab 🏭


At Tracklab, our mission is to ensure data flow seamlessly throughout the supply chain.

We develop software to help companies ensure that their products and suppliers comply with regulations and their clients' requirements: ESG, quality, technical specs . We serve clients who form the true industrial fabric of France and Europe, in complex and exciting sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

Over 50 clients and 20,000 suppliers worldwide already work with Tracklab to pull and push data through the supply chain.

Tracklab was founded in 2022 by Nicolas Henry (École des Ponts, Columbia University, Uber San Francisco) and Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, Bain & Company), with the ambition of creating a major player in the compliance sector in Europe, a "Bureau Veritas 2.0".

Tracklab is backed by Kima Ventures, BPI, and exceptional Business Angels.

The Role

After having reached a few hundreds thousands euros in ARR in only a few months, our goal is to now reach €1-2m ARR by the end of 2025.

The role will take place alongside our founder Fadel on a wide range of key topics.

🇫🇷🇺🇸 The main language is French, but English proficiency is a must-have

What you'll achieve


  • ⚡ Build your sales pipeline in collaboration with our SDRs
  • 💰 Deal with the entire sales cycle (3-6 months) with the help of our SDRs and the Marketing team
  • 😎 Develop Tracklab brand awareness by attending events
  • 🚀 Help set up local marketing campaigns
  • 💡 Share your ideas and experience to make our team greater and more efficient

The Details

Salary, compensation, location, benefits, and holidays


  • CDI, Permanent french contract
  • 30-40k fixed, bonus based on the revenue you generate (up to 40k)
  • We are office-first but flexible with remote work
  • 50% public transport reimbursement

  • A fully equipped office in Montmartre with an amazing view on the Sacré-Coeur (Paris, 75018)
