The profile we are seeking

We’re seeking an Account Executive to identify and seize new business opportunities to ultimately support SustainSoft’s development. Directly reporting to the CEO, you’ll play a crucial role in defining and executing a business growth strategy and implement it to ensure financial targets are met. As the primary point of contact of new leads, you’ll represent SustainSoft’s brand and from there will be responsible of the whole sales cycle until closing. You’ll manage your pipeline from end-to-end and continuously communicate with strategy and product teams to improve conversion and explore new market opportunities.

Your role, initially operational, will quickly evolve, given the rapid growth of the company, into more strategic responsibilities such as setting up the Sales department, team management, etc.

Your missions

• Actively develop our customer portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities

• Manage our sales cycle from end-to-end, building strong relationships with leads and customers, understanding their needs and proposing solutions tailored to their CSR objectives

• Participate in the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns and sales action plans to maximize our market presence

• Develop key partnerships

• Structure and improve current sales process

• Manage the team of SDR / BDR / Growth Hackers etc.

• Work closely with our product development team to provide essential information on market needs and opportunities to improve our solution

Ideal profile & experience

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a proactive mindset, ready to tackle diverse challenges and take ownership of various issues, serving as the key driver for SustainSoft’s growth. The primary skill required is to feel confident when interacting with leads in any situation. Additionally, the ideal candidate should thrive in unstructured environments, excel at multitasking, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key skills include:

• 5-6 years of experience, including 3-4 years in Sales within a B2B SaaS company

• Client-Centric attitude: our success hinges on our clients’ satisfaction

• Thrive in an ever-changing environment, navigating through ambiguity with ease

• Maintain a goal-oriented approach

• Strong interest in sustainability and curiosity to explore various CSR topics and frameworks as well as different industries, embracing the diversity of challenges with enthusiasm and adaptability

• Excellent oral and writing skills

• Fluent French + English + other EU languages is a plus

• Previous experience in a startup is a plus
