Chief of Staff
Full-time | Based in Singapore or Phnom Penh (regular travels in South East Asia)

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team by providing strategic and operational assistance. Your primary responsibilities will involve KPI alignment and tracking, project deliverables tracking, identifying, and reminding the CEO of top priorities, and optimizing processes to mitigate high-risk situations such as inventory shortages and cash collection challenges. Your expertise in operations, project management, and decision-making will be essential to ensure efficient and effective execution of company initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Work closely with the CEO and executive team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines for strategic initiatives.
· Understand the CEO's vision and priorities, and proactively identify critical areas requiring attention.
· Identify high-risk areas in the business, such as inventory management and cash collection, and develop process optimization strategies to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
· Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute valuable insights to the executive team.
· Facilitate clear and effective communication between the CEO and various departments.
· Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
· Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the teams by setting clear expectations and providing necessary resources.

o Demand planning & stock ordering
o Digital creatives & KPI tracking
o Company center concept/biz case
o AC & Input dealer partnership
