Introduction
Sulitest makes sustainability knowledge mainstream within higher education (and soon corporations) at an international scale. How? Sulitest provides online tools to improve and measure sustainability knowledge. While Sulitest, and our flagship product TASK, is well established in France, it is our priority to grow our international presence in the upcoming 12 months, especially in the UK, US, and Canada. Therefore, we are looking for another member for our Commercial team.
The Sulitest movement is strongly supported by major national and international NGOs and organizations (i.e. the United Nations and Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI)), and it has recently raised 1.5M€+ in 2022.
Responsibilities
As a Business Developer, you will help us bring this vision to life and your role will support both our Inbound and Outbound sales efforts. In other words, your responsibilities include:
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, attending events, and online outreach to grow our customer base
- Qualify leads: Detect customer goals, major concerns, and pain points, understand their context, decision process and how we can help them
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with the target persona and turn prospects into qualified leads in our sales pipeline
- Sales presentations: Conduct sales presentations directly to prospects, in events or through partner channels
- Growth strategy: Co-develop and monitor growth strategy, in alignment with our financial and impact goals. By monitor, we refer to analyze the customer journey, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to optimize sales and use of the tools.
- Inbound marketing strategy: Develop inbound marketing strategies that attract potential customers through social media, email campaigns, events, etc.
- Build relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, learning from their needs and concerns and helping us shape our commercial offers. For this purpose, you may manage a few accounts, even though the core of your role will be predominantly developing new business.
To achieve your goals, you will be supported by our senior sales manager, partners and the Sulitest CEO, as well as continue to learn and grow with your colleagues in the Business Development/Account Management team.
