Description du poste

Élaboration, suivi et mise en œuvre de stratégies digitales.
Création de calendriers éditoriaux et planification des prises de parole sur les réseaux sociaux : identification des moments clés de communication et propositions d’activations pertinentes et créatives.
Programmation des publications, suivi de leur performance et analyse des résultats.
Gestion du community management : animation des comptes, modération et interaction avec les communautés (réponses aux commentaires, messages privés, engagement avec les audiences cibles).
Recherche iconographique : sourcing de visuels et d’inspirations à partir des différentes plateformes sociales.
Organisation de shootings et propositions créatives (rédaction de briefs).
Reporting, analyses des KPI et suivi des performances.
Veille des tendances digitales et propositions d’innovations et d’activations.
Gestion des relations influenceurs.

Profil recherché

Étudiant(e) d’école de communication (EFAP, Sup de Pub, etc.).
Créatif, organisé, rigoureux, et curieux, avec une capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
Dynamique et force de proposition, avec une solide culture web et une maîtrise des réseaux sociaux.
Première expérience en community management requise.
Excellente orthographe et compétences rédactionnelles.
Maîtrise de l’anglais.
Curiosité pour les nouvelles tendances digitales, créativité et dynamisme.

Télétravail possible. Convention de stage obligatoire.
