What’s the job?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in providing B2B technology to enable the unbanked to access essential products and services. We help design energy access products (solar kits, cookstoves, etc.) and build fintech and management software that allows distributors to provide essential services affordably to hundreds of thousands of people and we hope to do a lot more with an extra person on board!

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in supporting the Marketing Department with website building, content creation, strategy & branding, social media strategy execution and conducting research.

By contributing to the overall objective of expanding our technologies to partners in more than 35 developing countries, you will have the opportunity to impact millions of people worldwide over the next 3 years. Your efforts will greatly contribute to our global outreach and brand recognition, making a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new website design and building.
  • Lead content production for Bridgin (fintech related)
  • Co-produce other attractive content such as PR, Articles, online landing pages, and case studies.
  • Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as marketing plans and branding
  • Implementation of new brand guidelines and branding execution.
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and assisting in managing the company’s social media platforms.
  • Assisting the team in Target Market and Market opportunity research by identifying trends, bench-marking and data analysis

Skills:

  • English Proficiency
  • Digital Marketing: website management, technical SEO and SEO writing best practices,
  • Basic photo edition
  • Knowledge of written (Blogging), oral, and visual media.
  • Marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of economic principles and practices, the financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
