We are seeking a driven, ambitious (Senior) Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in amplifying the reach and impact of Seqana’s cutting-edge products globally, engaging a diverse spectrum of stakeholders in the agri-food value chain.
Responsibilities you’ll own
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Lead the charge in strategizing and executing enterprise sales initiatives to build and enhance corporate relationships, directly contributing to the implementation of soil organic carbon quantification and sequestration solutions.
- Partnership Development: Design and implement targeted outreach and communication strategies to develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders. Your relationships will facilitate the creation of scalable solutions that benefit both our company and our partners, fostering long-term success.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our product strategy is aligned with evolving market trends and customer demands. Your insights and efforts will be critical in identifying new business opportunities and driving the expansion of our footprint in the industry.
- Sales Process Leadership: Own the end-to-end sales process, from identifying potential leads to successfully closing deals. This includes crafting compelling technical sales pitches, conducting product demonstrations, and developing KPIs to enhance sales performance and forecasting accuracy. Your leadership will ensure our sales team operates with efficiency and effectiveness, driving our company’s success.
