Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
We are currently looking for an experienced CTO to collaborate with us in building the technological base of our cyber attack prediction model for small and medium-sized enterprises. This person will be responsible for building a team of engineers and researchers, as well as leading the development and deployment of the technology within our company. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software development, IT infrastructure, data management and leading technical teams on complex technology projects. He or she will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The CTO will be responsible for keeping our company at the forefront of technological advances, while balancing technical and commercial aspects in decision-making. He or she will also be responsible for managing the technology budget and resources, as well as collaborating with management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
Master's or PhD in computer science, engineering, or related field
Expertise in the following technologies:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure and data management.
Experience leading technology teams and delivering complex technology projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance technical and business perspectives when making decisions
Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation processes.
