Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Strategy Manager, you will be the key point of contact of multiple stakeholders (external & internal), you will work in close collaboration with several services.

You will be in charge of deploying CSR strategy both internally and externally. You will be responsible to assess retailers’ requirements, to promote our actions and to deal with regional and global teams to serve France’s expectations in terms of sustainability.

On your sales category development missions (category management), you will come up with insights to be converted into action plans and strategies, through analyses of the market, customers and category dynamics, and in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Team.

You will define the appropriate Go To Market and be accountable for category growth and SOM, cross-channels. Externally, as a category expert, your objective is to spread the strategy, placing SCJ as key partner number 1 and supporting the retailers’ ambitions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deploys CSR strategy internally and externally

• Manage Customers requirements in terms of CSR

• Participate in the construction of omni-channel strategy

• Provide insights and analysis of the category, the customers and the market

• Manage and challenge the implementation of the strategy by sales team (assortment and promotion)

• Define merchandising strategy for the category

• Coordinate agencies and service providers (Nielsen…)

Profile

· Experience in CSR management among FMCG industry

· Strategic mindset, understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.

· Clear understanding of the different channel Go-To-Market principles/strategies, structures.

· Strong planning/organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines
