WHAT DO WE DO? 

A producer of renewable photovoltaic energy on an international scale for over 15 years, the REDEN Group, owned by Macquarie, BCI and MunichRe, has its own photovoltaic panel production plant in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and develops, builds and operates photovoltaic power plants in close collaboration with local stakeholders. The REDEN Group, present in 9 countries in Europe and Latin America, currently operates more than 1 Gw worldwide and expects to grow more than 10-fold by 2030.


Post: What would be your role in the REDEN project?


  • Supervision and optimization of the overall energy production deriving from the exploitation of the PV plants owned by the holding Company and all associated Group Companies
  • Supervision, maintenance and reparation actions pertaining to the PV plants owned by the holding Company and all associated Group Companies
  • Establishment of annual and/or quarterly budget, in accordance with the Group’s objectives and guidelines
  • Management of operational expenses
  • Provision of monthly reports, according to the Company’s standards and format
  • Provision of both general and ad hoc support to the Country Manager with respect to the selection and qualification of new PV plants projects, especially with regards to technical parameters.
  • Generally, proceed to all actions necessary as per his duties and responsibilities in order to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives.


Profile: Who are you?


Industrial or Engineering Degree

3 years of experience in functions similar to those described, preferably in photovoltaic solar energy

Prior knowledge of the sector: legal and technical advisors, local developers

Accustomed to liaison with public administration and suppliers

Average MS Office level, GIS systems and financial models in Excel

Focused to achieving results

Availability to travel nationally

This position requires a good level in English. A good level in French will be valued

You are caring, committed, ethical and professional.

You have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
